You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of our website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- Communication: To respond to inquiries, provide application updates, and send administrative notices (e.g., invoices).
- Verification: To verify your credentials with issuing institutions or third-party background screening vendors.

In the course of providing our services, we may store your data on servers located outside of Singapore (e.g., utilizing cloud-based software). In such cases, VisaOne ensures that the recipient of the personal data is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection that is comparable to that under the PDPA.
6. Accuracy of Information
We rely on you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data. VisaOne is not responsible for any application rejections or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. If your personal details change, please inform us immediately.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically, under the Employment Agencies Act, we are required to retain certain records of job seekers and employers for a prescribed period (typically 1 to 3 years) even after our engagement ends.
8. Do Not Call (DNC) Provisions
We respect your choices regarding marketing communications. We will not send telemarketing messages to your Singapore telephone number listed on the Do Not Call Registry unless we have your clear and unambiguous consent, or if an exemption applies (such as an ongoing business relationship).

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate data.
